Refund Policy

Please be aware that due to the characteristics of natural timber materials used, there may be slight variations and differences between products – this is not a fault.

Manual Arts DEpt. products can only be returned for credit or exchange in the case of manufacturing fault or damage in transit. Please notify us immediately if this has occurred – within 2 days of receiving goods - and in addition, please email an image of the item and damaged packaging (if applicable) to clarify the damage, to manualartsdept@gmail.com.

Goods can only be returned if accompanied by invoice/receipt and in an unused condition.

Due to the personalised nature of the majority of our products, unfortunately no returns are accepted due to change of mind.
